What does Calm Koala™ do?

Calm Koala™ combines gentle breathing-style movement, a soft glow and soothing sounds in a cuddly plush companion. It is designed as a comforting part of quiet time or a bedtime routine. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

How is it powered?

It uses 3 AAA batteries, which are not included. It is not rechargeable. An adult should install the batteries and securely close the battery compartment before use.

What size is it?

Calm Koala™ is approximately 12.5 inches (31.8 cm) tall. Small manufacturing variations are possible.

Sweet Dreams Masks

What are the masks made for?

Each mask has a soft plush exterior, cotton inner layer, elastic strap and padded nose area to help block distracting light during bedtime, naps or travel. Choose from the available designs. Follow the care instructions supplied with your mask.

Orders, delivery and returns

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually processed within approximately 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is approximately 7–15 business days after processing. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier, customs, holiday, weather or high-volume delays can extend delivery.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking can take a short time to begin showing movement.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items can be requested for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund Policy. Please review the policy and contact us before sending anything back.
