How do I switch between chopping and slicing?
Turn the unit off, remove the current component and securely attach either the chopping cup or slicing attachment before starting again. Never change attachments while the motor is running.
How do I clean it safely?
Add a little clean water to the clear cup, secure the top and pulse briefly. Turn the unit off, detach and rinse the removable parts. Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth—never place the motor or charging area in water.
How long does shipping take, and will I get tracking?
