How do I switch between chopping and slicing?
Turn the unit off, remove the current component and securely attach either the chopping cup or slicing attachment before starting again. Never change attachments while the motor is running. The middle video above shows the switch step by step.
How do I clean it safely?
Add a little clean water to the clear cup, secure the top and pulse briefly. Turn the unit off, detach the removable cup and blade parts, then rinse them. Wipe the motor body with a damp cloth—never place the motor or charging area in water.
Is it cordless?
Yes. The cordless design lets you prep without a cable across the counter. Charge the unit before use and keep the charging area completely dry.
How long does shipping take, and will I get tracking?
Most orders are estimated to arrive 7–15 business days after processing. As soon as tracking becomes available, we email it to the address used at checkout. Carrier delays, holidays and weather can affect the estimate.
